Located in the heart of Evolène, Marie Métrailler's weaving workshop showcases the alpine heritage and traditions of working with thread in the Swiss Alpes.


Born in the mountains where only the shepherds once roamed, raclette is an age-old alpine recipe. In theory, the process is quite simple. But to make it the right way is another story entirely.
