The AIGUILLE DE LA TSA and the VAL D’HÉRENS are peaks that have stood tall for CENTURIES. In the valley below is AROLLA, a village community where generations of families have SHARED HOMES, traversed the PEAKS, and passed on TRADITIONS.

In the summer months, glacial melt trickles down ravines to fill rivers and lakes, nurturing pastures scattered with Swiss dairy cows. These are the same hillsides that were once tended to and scythed by hand.

When the seasons change and the temperature drops, the forests are dusted white and the peaks become a wonderland for different species and explorations. The bold and curious track across glacier fields while skiers glide down mountainsides. This is a place where adventurers can really immerse themselves in nature, shaped by the seasons, and share rich moments with the locals.

This is Arolla, where the mountain’s anatomy is best understood not through its terrain, but through the lives built quietly on its flanks.
