As Hospitality Analyst, Zac supports the operations and guest journey of Discover Collection’s first properties. An EHL graduate, Zac has gained experience at Six Senses, Claridges, Belmond, and most recently the two-Michelin Key Gangtey Lodge, where he completed a management trainee programme. Prior to this, Zac worked as Project Coordinator for Belmond’s Train and Cruises Department in London, where he analysed guest metrics, coordinated pre-launch teams, and assisted operational events. Raised in Myanmar and Australia, Zac is constantly curious to connect with people and explore how guest experiences, storytelling, and philosophies evolve across the globe.
