Rajesh brings more than 20 years’ experience in the legal and corporate governance sector and has an extensive track record in corporate finance, luxury residential sales and complex hotel management agreements. In addition to his legal expertise, his hospitality background includes more than a decade with Soneva Resorts and six years with Six Senses, managing companies across diverse international jurisdictions including Singapore, Maldives, Thailand, and the UK.
He is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, an Associate Member of Corporate Governance Institute UK. His work in international tax planning and capital raising is the ideal background for him to focus on key strategic initiatives, legal, compliance, IP and corporate structuring.
