Joseph is an internationally renowned chef from Bavaria with a global culinary career spanning Europe, Middle East, Asia, and South America. He has worked in Switzerland, Belgium, France, Tunisia, Bahrain, Venezuela, and Thailand, where he was Executive Chef of the former Nai Lert Park Hilton, Bangkok, and Leader of the Thai National Chef Team. He is the founder of the Mangostin Restaurants in Munich, where he has lived and worked for 35 years. In his free time, Joseph enjoys snorkelling in exotic destinations with his wife and singing with his daughter.
